Sanity and Sanctity and Satanism

I can't keep track of who to boycott.

What’s weird is that, ten years ago, one might have reasonably argued they didn’t know what side of the fence to stand on. It might have genuinely been confusing, what with obfuscation of the real issues at hand and the dark side not having yet played all of their cards. Like, “Love is Love” sounded so good, right? Perhaps a bit circular for my speech therapist tastes, but in general I got where they were going with that line. I am old enough to remember the days of “safe, legal, and rare” and also when the majority of doctors tried to follow “First Do No Harm.” I remember calling friends in 2019 when gender confusion exploded into a real, bonafide movement decrying prejudice against those born into the “wrong bodies” and getting their thoughts on this phenomenon before delving into my own research. And I recall being surprised by the level of hatred heaped upon those who dared warn women of the abortion industry’s sinister intentions.

But just a few short years later, it’s like they’ve made it intentionally easy for you to spot the things that are against Truth and against God. (I’m not sure what you personally call Truth — I call it God’s Truth or The Truth. I definitely don’t call it lowercase my truth or your truth or their truth or zer truth or furry truth.) I first noticed it with abortion. In case you were on the fence with abortion, Satanists were there to make it easy! “Look, we offer these totally normal and not at all sketchy Satanist ritualist packages to go along with your abortion!” Okay so, if one hasn’t caught on to the doublespeak and deception and smokescreens of the abortion industry, you would think Satanist’s enthusiastic support of abortion kind of seals the deal, right?

Same now with transgenderism. Just in case you weren’t sure whether it was immoral, or on the wrong side of Truth, Target will help you unmistakably identify its connection with Satanism with its handy dandy Satanist-inspired merchandise. (To be clear, that particular shirt is not at Target. But this is the designer that Target chose to represent much of its Pride merchandise.) And even as the designer tried to trivialize what he deemed an unfair connection with Satanism, he said, “Satan loves you and respects who you are,” and further fawned over the idea of Satan. I’ll leave it to your own research to decide the association there.

And finally, let’s not forget the very designation of this month for nearly all secularists, and if I’m honest many Christians as well, as PRIDE. As in, what’s considered the worst of the seven deadly sins. As in, precisely what this month of self-indulgence, narcissism, and egocentricity represents. It happens incrementally, you see. It starts with someone dressing in women’s clothing and putting makeup on and saying, “Just leave me alone, I just want to do this and it doesn’t hurt you.” Then he goes to your local library and reads to your kids. Then he does a drag show in front of your kids. Then he teaches them how to dance the way he does, and reads books to them that tell them this is how men should behave. And finally he’s in your kids’ school curriculum, and your kindergarten teacher is telling your children that respect and kindness means using these particular pronouns and they will be penalized for not using them. (More about how this impacts and discriminates against kids with special needs later.) You saw this same phenomenon with abortion. At first it was safe, legal and rare. It should be there for emergencies, of course, they said. Then they said it should really be for most any reason and no one should question the reason. Then they said it was really the best choice for women in many circumstances, the compassionate choice for women of color and those in poverty who just simply couldn’t raise children well in their poor circumstances — loving them most certainly meant encouraging them to abort their babies. And then they went after real pregnancy help clinics, those staffed with volunteers who will give of themselves to organize prenatal care, ultrasounds, clothing, formula, baby products; calling them “fake clinics” and putting out hundreds of fake google reviews to smear them and finally vandalizing them in a desperate attempt to completely eliminate any viewpoint that would dare tell women the truth about the humanity of their baby or even the truth about their God-given ability to do this. Satan works incrementally, and gradually, and read The Screwtape Letters to better understand this.

Comment below if you’re eliminating your financial support of companies who have most egregiously shown what Pride means to them this month. And please list if you know of others. So far, my understanding is that Walmart, Target, and North Face top the list. If you wish, please consider Barnes & Noble, which has a display heavily-focused on pushing the trans agenda on very young children with books about kids who are changing their gender.
